For just $125 per month, you get access to an expanded care team comprised of your primary care physician, dedicated medical assistant, clinical care coordinator and member concierge assistant. Hoag Prime physicians offer longer visit lengths, same day appointments, minimal wait time, and coordination of specialty care.

Hoag Prime accepts most major PPO and Medicare Supplement plans. Your insurance will be billed for any clinical visits.
The monthly cost for Hoag Prime membership is $125 and it is not covered by insurance.
We have two locations: one in Irvine and one in Newport Beach – Fashion Island area.
We provide an experienced Registered Nurse support line that provides assistance after-hours. In cases where the nurse cannot address your request, they have the ability to contact the physician for further support.
